cops in Hot Pursuit more difficult to deal with. They also have more
powerful cars such as a turbocharged Eagle Talon coupe & Lamborghini LM002. Moreover, the chases in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit are the cops getting on the bullhorn during a chase, which encourages you to pull over.

which goes completely 3D in every scene. Graphics is improved
